SPANX
My work for SPANX spans tactile packaging, digital content, and tools that made packaging approvals easier to manage. Across SPANX and ASSETS, I collaborated with product development, vendors, and creative partners to bring the work together.
Tools used: Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop for packaging design, artwork preparation, and mockups.
Thinstincts 2.0: Tactile Packaging
For Thinstincts 2.0, I wanted shoppers to experience something a photograph couldn’t communicate: how the fabric felt. I developed a tactile violator tag using Neenah Touché paper and raised spot UV to bring that quality into the packaging.
I worked with product development to obtain the fabric pattern and collaborated with vendors on materials and print finishes. When the initial direction was questioned, I presented the thinking behind the concept and how the tactile details supported the shopper experience. The design was approved and produced with the raised spot UV finish.
SPANX and ASSETS Packaging
I worked on packaging across SPANX and ASSETS, adapting layouts and product information to different formats while maintaining each brand’s identity. My focus was on clear hierarchy, consistent presentation, and making the information easy for shoppers to navigate.
ASSETS: Product Videos for Target.com
I worked closely with a motion designer to develop the initial template for ASSETS product videos. We collaborated on every aspect of the design, then used that template to produce videos for more than 140 SKUs on Target.com.
The shared template gave the collection a consistent visual presentation while allowing each video to communicate its product’s features.
